William "Bill" Walker Gravell

William "Bill" Walker Gravell, Sr. was born in Uvalde, Texas on March 8, 1937. He married Darleen Ann Wagner on June 29, 1956, and they enjoyed 65 beautiful years together. When he was not busy on the farm, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He looked forward to afternoons where he sipped tea on the back porch in his rocking chair with the love of his life.

Bill is survived by his daughters, Deborah Gravell, Robin and Kent Burris, Melissa and Tim Boaz, and his son Bill and Jill Gravell, Jr.; his grandchildren, Camy and Blake Reynolds, Josh and Stephanie Gravell, Theran and Clay Smallwood, Katie Boaz, Evan Boaz, Brittany Burris, Shelby Burris, and Kennedy Gravell; his great-grandchildren, Ellie, Finley, Brinley, Walker, Colt, Jace, Micah, and August; his sister, Joann Splillman and his brother, Lewis Gravell. He is preceded in death by his wife, Darleen Gravell; his parents, Georgia and Louie Gravell; and his brother, John David (Butchy) Gravell.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Friday, February 25th, at 11:00am at Knobbs Springs Baptist Church in McDade, Texas. We would be honored to have you join us in the celebration of his life.
