Vicki Gayle Guerra

Vicki Gayle Guerra passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024 in Round Rock, Texas.

Vicki was born in Austin, Texas on September 3, 1960 to Gloria and Joe Warner.  She attended school at Brentwood Christian School, Zilker Elementary School and graduated in 1978 from Pflugerville High School.

She was married to Mike Zucknick in 1979 and on August 15, 1982 welcomed her son, Scott Allen.

Vicki was employed at Williamson County Equipment for a number of years before joining the Texas Department of Public Safety, Narcotics Division. This was a job she thoroughly enjoyed.

On June 12, 1998 Vicki married Henry Guerra. She and Henry enjoyed all the trips they took together to Las Vegas, Louisiana and rodeos around the country.  They were living in Georgetown at the time of her death.

Vicki loved plants and gardening and had a “green” thumb in that she could grow most every kind of plant or shrub. She was a loyal friend and a kind person to everyone she met.  Her pride and joy is her son, Scott, who is an accomplished musician and talented in many other ways as well.  We are blessed to have had her in our lives for almost 64 years and she will be deeply missed.

Vicki is survived by her husband, Henry Guerra, her son, Scott Allen Zucknick, her mother, Gloria Hamilton, her mother-in-law, Esabel Guerra, her sweet dog, Roxie, and many cousins and friends.
