Soledad Cardiel

Soledad Cardiel Robledo of Elgin, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Soledad was born in Durango Mexico on June 25, 1937 to Abraham Robeldo and Juanita Alvarez. She was married to the late Anastacio Cardiel.

Soledad was a devoted mother and grandmother who reveled in the chance to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Soledad is survived by her six children; Lourdes Castillo, Maria Trevino, Vincente Cardiel, Bartolo Cardiel, Felipe Cardiel and Manuel Cardiel.

The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 10, 2017 Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Burial will be held in Mexico.
