Robert Dixon

Robert Earl Dixon, a beloved husband, father and grandfather of
Mcdade, Texas passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the
age of 74 at the Lost Pines Nursing Home in Bastrop, Texas.
He is survived by his daughter Andrea Hurst of Lexington, his son Patrick
Dixon of Pflugerville, three grandchildren, Kylie Rieger, Chase Hurst, and
Kynley Hurst of Lexington, two sisters Alice Harmon of Nacogdoches,
Texas and Grace Hamilton and her husband of Troup, Texas. He is also
survived by numerous nieces and one nephew and their families.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bonnie Dixon, his youngest
daughter Crystal Dixon Archer, his parents Cecil and Pearl Sullivan, his two
brothers Roger and Ronald Dixon.
A visitation will be held on Friday March 8, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home in Elgin, Texas. Graveside
services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday March 9, 2019 at the
McDade Cemetery.
