Heaven gained two angels on July 28 ^th , 2022. Rita Faye Cortinas and Shane Vernon Stull.

Rita Faye Cortinas was born on April 4 ^th , 1957, in Taylor, TX to Ruth Buckalew. She is survived by her siblings: Freddie Cortinas (spouse, Irene), Irene Kelly (spouse, Charlie), Sonny Buckalew (spouse, Amanda), Diane Morales, and Dell Buckalew (spouse, Debbie); her children: D’arcy Nicole Esquivel (spouse, Noe), Fred Stull and Shane Stull (spouse, Guadalupe); 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Rita grew up in Taylor, TX and spent most of her time with family and friends. She was a caregiver and loved to be around children and animals. She was one of the most selfless human beings, always looking after her family. No matter what, she always did her absolute best to do what she could to help others, anyone who knew her knew just how big her heart was, how limitless her love was and felt a special connection to her because of her beautiful personality. She enjoyed being with family, listening to music while smoking her red Marlboro cigarettes, drinking coca cola and dancing.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held on Thursday August 11 ^th @ 10:00am at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. The address is 604 Highway 95 North. Elgin, Tx 78621.
