Richard Shae Prinz

Richard “Shae” Prinz, 30, went to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ, in Heaven on July 18th 2023. Shae was born on March 12, 1993 in Austin, TX and resided in Elgin most of his life.

He was predeceased by his grandparents; Robert Beaver, of Elgin, Katherine Beaver, & Gene Varley, of Buda; and Carl & Doris Prinz, of Elgin; His great-grandmother; Jessie Lindgren of Elgin; and his uncle; Gary Beaver, of Elgin.

He is survived by his parents: Ric Prinz, of Elgin; Karen Prinz & Don Hyatt, of Manor; Sister, Michele’ Prinz Williams; Brother, AC Prinz, and wife Savannah Prinz; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews, all of Elgin.

Richard Shae Prinz attended Elgin ISD and graduated from Continental Academy in 2011, He enjoyed the outdoors whether he was working or relaxing at the grill. He was humble, giving, and loved by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2023, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home in Elgin, Tx. Services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Greenwood Cemetery in Austin, Tx.
