Raul Guadalupe Trevino

Raul Guadalupe Trevino, 77, of Elgin, Texas, went to his Heavenly Home on Friday, July 31, 2020.

Raul, the son of Raul and Guadalupe Trevino, was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico on October 29, 1942.  He married Alice Trevino, his wife of 25 years on February 11, 1995.  He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather of 5 generations.

Not only did Raul enjoy the presence of his family but also his hobbies of gardening, visiting casinos, watching his movies, (Walker, Texas Ranger), caring for his 9 birds and spending time with his good friend Adam Pena “Guero.”

He is preceded in death by Raul and Guadalupe Trevino (parents), Samuel and Reynaldo Trevino, (Brothers), and Vicky Coronado (Daughter).  He is survived by his wife, Alice Trevino, siblings Armando Trevino (Margarita), and Isaura Trevino.  Daughters, Lisa Trevino, Melissa Fuentes, and Melinda Torres (Sergio), Stepson Jaime Beltran (Janie), and grandchildren, nieces and nephews of several generations.

A visitation will be held Monday August 3, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 P.M.  A Blessing will begin at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday August 4, 2020 at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home.

Honorary Pallbearers:  Adalberto Carlos Jr., Adalberto Carlos Sr., Alfonso Oviedo, Christopher Fuentes, Orlando Rodriguez, and Sergio Torres.
