Randy Dean Moses

Randy Dean Moses, age 62, of McDade, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017.

Randy was born July 15, 1955 to Henry Clayton and Linnie Love (Solomon) Moses in Rockdale, Texas. He attended school in Rockdale and Thorndale and received a technical degree from TSTI Sweetwater in 1980. He Married Patricia Ann Wood on January 4, 1978 in Bastrop, Texas. They welcomed Corbin Chance Moses on December 27, 1984. He worked for Travis State School, the Texas Youth Commission and Triple D Armored Car Service. He retired in 2010. He enjoyed traveling, eating (especially at Cattleman’s Steakhouse in Oklahoma City) and raising cattle.

He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Clayton Moses.

Randy is survived by his wife, Patricia, son and daughter-in-law, Corbin and Katie of Pflugerville, mother Linnie of Elgin, brother Jackie of McDade, brother and sister-in-law Ricky and Dawn also of McDade. As well as numerous nieces and nephews and a whole host of cousins, friends and neighbors.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 6, 2017 Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A Celebration of Randy’s Life will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday September 7, 2017 Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Young’s Prairie Cemetery.
