OnaFay (Stork) Skrhak, joined the Angels in Heaven on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, while surrounded by loved ones.

She was born on October 3 ^rd , 1938 in Junction, TX. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all. OnaFay is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry L. Skrhak Sr., daughter, Maria Skrhak., her parents, Walter and Claire Stork., sister Dorothy Eckert, sister Kay Sladek, sister Doris Junek, and grandson Sean Twomey.

OnaFay is survived by her 6 children; Jerry L. Skrhak Jr., Vannesa Genova and husband Gary, Diane Foster and husband Bill, Jimmy Skrhak, Theresa Adair and husband Austin, Deannie Crim and husband Stephen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday November 10 ^th ,Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home in Elgin. A Celebration of OnaFay’s Life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 11 ^th , Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Interment will following in the Oak Hill Cemetery in McDade.
