Nathanael (Nathan) Krauel Driggers flew with the angels to heaven on October 20, 2024, in Bastrop, Texas, at the age of 52.
Born on November 3, 1971, in Freeport, Texas, Nathan lived a life marked by love and kindness. Nathan met his beloved wife, Carol, 24 years ago, and they were inseparable from that moment on and built a beautiful life together, surrounded by their cherished furry family members, Patches, Tyson, and Wild Thing. They sweetly touched all those around them.
Nathan was brilliant and an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman. As a young adult he served in the United States Navy. Nathan was an avid collector, outdoorsman, and world traveler.
Nathan is survived by his devoted wife, Carol Driggers; his brother, Ted Krauel III; his sister, Jeanne Marie Krauel Moore; his brother, Matthew Gregory Krauel; and his cousin, James Earl Thompson III (Trey). He is preceded in death by his mother, Francena Joyce Walker Fuller Krauel; his father, Theodore Albert Krauel II (Ted); and his aunt, Karen Ann Thompson.
A celebration of Nathan's life will be held on November 3, 2024, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., with the memorial service beginning at 3 p.m. and meal at 5 p.m., at Osprey Hall at South Shore Lake Bastrop Park, located at 375 South Shore Road, Bastrop, Texas 78602.
The family welcomes plants, flowers, and other tributes sent to their home at 272 Ponderosa Loop, Paige, Texas 78659.
Nathan's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
