Mary Summers

July 10, 1935 – July 7, 2020

Heaven received an unbelievable angel to look over us.

Mary was the oldest of 10 children. She grew up on a farm where she picked cotton and helped rule the roost with her 9 siblings. She married her husband Jack on November 8, 1963.

After getting married she became a nurse and worked her way up to head nurse until her retirement.

Mary loved to go to Bingo especially with her sister Pat, garage selling with her sisters Sue and Cindy and one of her favorite places to visit was Weimar, Texas to see sister Peg where she relaxed on the porch and played 31.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Jack, parents Owen and Juanita McKamie, sister Faye Fasel and brothers Donald and Kenneth McKamie.

Mary is survived by her daughters Deborah Stigler (Don) and Jackie Meyer (Joe). Grandchildren Donnie Stigler, Brittany Chromcak (Chris), Randy Meyer, Brandon Meyer (Christina) and Zachary Meyer; great-grandchildren Tyler, Jordan, Kaylie, Ryan, Hunter, McKenzie, Kenneth, Emily and, Olivia. She is also survived by her brothers Joe McKamie, John McKamie (Shirley), sisters Peg Murrin, Pat Cook (Erine), Sue Wilson (Bob), Cindy Hughes (Tim), and numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

May you rest in peace and you will always remain in our hearts.
