Linda Marie (Danna) Mcgee

Linda lived her life kind, gentle, laughing, and above all else, loving.   Linda entered into heaven with her longtime companion and love, Hector, leaving behind her family and friends that love her and know that she loves them.  A mom, grandma, daughter, and sister who lived a beautiful life and is missed by all she touched.

A letter from Linda through her friend's eyes...

"My loves, I don't want you to be sad.  I made it to heaven, and it is beautiful.   I wish I could show you.  Eric, Ashley, Shannon, and Jonathon - you have always made me proud.  You four are my heart and soul.  I have loved you since before you were you and that will never change.  We built a life of memories that I will share now with your brother, Mychal, who greeted me at heavens gates with my dad, his grandpa, Wayne.  Steven and Cheryl - you were the best brother and sister I could have asked for.  Thank you for growing up with me.  Jason, my brother-in-law - thank you for loving Cheryl so completely.  You are a gift to us all.  Ryuu, Caden, Mia, and Nehemiah, my angels on earth - Grandma will watch from heaven all the amazing things your lives will bring.  I will always be just a thought away.  And mom, Rosalie - thank you for your unconditional love.

My trip to heaven came sooner than we thought it would.  My love for you all will last an eternity.  I want you all to be kind, good, laugh, live, and above all else, love.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home.
