Leonardo Yanez-Flores

Leonardo Yanez-Flores, age 27, of Elgin, Texas, passed away on September 12, 2021.

Leonardo was born on September 9, 1994, in Austin, Texas, to Wulfrano Yanez and Fidencia Flores Yanez. He went to school for HVAC and worked at Airco.

He is preceded in death by his father, Wulfrano, who passed away on April 5, 2020.

Leonardo is survived by his mother, Fidencia, his son, Angel Yanez, and his siblings, Fabian Yanez, Cynthia Yanez, Maricsa Yanez, Alexis Yanez, and Eduardo Yanez.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
