Kathy Hill-Becker

Kathy Renae Hill-Becker, born February 6, 1960 (age 57) of Bastrop, TX passed away peacefully at home Saturday, May 6, 2017.  Kathy grew up in Cullman, AL before moving to Texas where she worked in the semiconductor industry.

Kathy was always in close proximity to her mother and siblings, and held great affection for her pets, both dogs and cats, and served as a rescue host for many abandoned animals.   Kathy was renowned for her ability to skillfully architect large family dinners with an abundance of leftovers for all in attendance.   No family holiday was complete without Kathy’s signature banana pudding which took center stage at every feast

She is survived by her loving mother Patricia Brown, brother’s Ronald Hill, Robert (Bob) Hill, Russell Hill, Randy Brown, Curtis Brown and sister Sheila Jacobson.  She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Visitation will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday May 13, 2017 with A Celebration of Life Service beginning at 11:00 A.M., Providence-Jones Family Funeral in Elgin, TX before Kathy is laid to rest alongside several members of her family in a plot at Fairview cemetery in Bastrop, TX.
