Joseph Baker Welsh born August 18th, 1961, in Cheyenne Wyoming went home to his heavenly father on October 8th, 2024. Joe was born 9 minutes after his older brother James Alan Welsh. During their high school years Joseph and James and their mother Edna and father W.R. moved to Apache Junction Arizona. During high school Joe completed welding classes in Phoenix. After high school Joe joined the Army as a medic and was stationed at Fort Sam Houston. Joe and his brother Jim and sister-in-law Patte purchased acreage in Elgin Texas. Joseph had a great sense of humor and teased those that drove him around about hitting every pothole possible.
Joseph is proceeded in death by his mother Edna, father W.R, older brothers Vernon and Bruce, and older sister Sharon. He is survived by his older sister Carolyn and husband Jeff Childress and family, older sister Patti Welsh and family, older brother James and his wife Patte and family, and many nieces and nephews. Joseph will be greatly missed and in the hearts of all that knew and loved him.
