Jacob Anthony Maldonado

Jacob Anthony Maldonado age 27, of Elgin passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017.

Jacob is survived by his parents Tommy and Debbie Maldonado; his brother Skyler Maldonado and his sister Denise Carlos. He leaves his grandparents Frank and Mary Small, Eva Maldonado, Danette Salazar, Armando Maldonado Sr., Lidia Maldonado. He is also survived by his uncle Armando Maldonado Jr., and Edward Maldonado, aunts Brenda Maldonado, Brandi DeAnda and Lucy Maldonado.

Jacob is preceded in death by his great Grandparents; his great uncles, Archie Small, Daniel Collazo, and Manuel Maldonado; his great aunt Diana Suarez; as well as his uncle Donald Small.

A viewing will be held 2:00-8:00 PM Sunday, September 17, 2017, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A visitation will be held 9:00-11:00 AM Monday, September 18, 2017, Providence-Jones Family Chapel with a Celebration of Jacob's Life Beginning at 11:00 AM.
