Inez Marie Haverland

Inez Marie Farris Haverland, 78 of McDade Texas passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020 in Elgin Texas at the Elgin Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born February 7, 1942 to Hubert and Minnie (Emerson) Farris in Florence Texas.

Inez married her sweetheart Earl Fred Haverland on December 17, 1960 in Paige Texas at St. John’s Lutheran Church.Inez and Earl celebrated almost 55 years of marriage before his death on November 18, 2015.

Inez was preceded in death by her father Hubert Farris Sr., mother Minnie Lee (Emerson) Farris, Granddaughter Sarina Hilcher, Brothers John Wayne Farris and Jim Allen Farris, sister-in-law Carol (Blackmon) Farris and brother-in-law Dan Wolf.

She is survived by her daughters Lisa and husband David Hilcher, Beverly and husband Mark King, Grandsons Ricky Hilcher and Justin Mayfield, and great granddaughter Alyssa Hilcher.

Inez is also survived by sisters Evelyn Wolf, Lois and husband Chuck Pace, Linda and husband Glen Saunders. Brothers Hubert and wife Lilly Farris, Robert Farris, Fred Farris, Curtis Farris and Douglas Farris.

The Pallbearers are David Hilcher, Ricky Hilcher, Russell Pace, Fred Farris, Joseph Farris and Allen Buie.

A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday February 16, 2020, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A Celebration of Inez's Life will be held 10:00 AM Monday, February 17, 2020, Providence-Jones Family Chapel. She will be laid to rest in the McDade Cemetery.
