Inez “Chico” Alvarez was called home January 8, 2019.
He was born on October 9, 1948 in Ganado, Texas to Bardomiano Alvarez and Manuela Morales. Chico was from a large family of fourteen brothers and sisters.
Chico had two careers in life; an oil surveyor and a truck driver, both of which he enjoyed doing. However, the one thing that brought him the most joy was the annual bike ride to Sturgis with his beloved wife, along with leisure riding with his biker friends and spending time with his nephew Michael.
Many will remember his free spirit as an avid Harley-Davidson biker and the love he had for his family and friends.
Chico is preceded in death by his wife Brenda of 25 years, who both lived in Humble, Texas, his parents and twelve brothers and sisters.
He leaves behind his son Jesse, two daughters Deborah and Katy; his grandchildren and sister Frances Ybarra and brother Lewis Alvarez both of Elgin, Texas. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews whom all dearly loved him.
