Glen L. Reynolds

Glen L. Reynolds, age 86, of Smithville, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

Glen was born on February 7, 1936, in Culver City, California to Grover and Bess (Moon) Reynolds. After serving in the US Navy, Glen built a 30ft sailboat in which he lived on for 17 years. He sailed all over the Pacific on it. In 2006, he moved to Texas and in 2012 he married the love of his life, Karen. His second love was horses. Going on trial rides and to rodeos were special times for him. His hobbies included F1 car racing and raising goats. He was a member of the Colorado River Cowboy Church in Smithville.

He is survived by his wife, Karen, daughter, Jane Johnston, and grandchildren, Amanda Johnston and Madilyn Johnston. He is also survived by cousins, Sam Harkins, Elaine Hoeff, Stephanie Sims, and Royce Harmon.

A Celebration of Glen's Life will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 15, 2023, Colorado River Cowboy Church in Smithville.

Graveside services will be 12:00 PM Monday, July 17, 2023, Moon Ranch Cemetery near Breckenridge, Texas.
