Geneva Estell Hibbs age 79, of Elgin passed away Tuesday April 14, 2020. A viewing will be held 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday, April 17, 2020, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held privately Saturday, April 18, 2020, in the Youngs Prairie Cemetery.
