Everett ‘SMILEY’ Zab Clements

April 6, 1942 – May 21, 2024

Smiley was born in Austin, TX on April 6, 1942.  He is survived by his wife Connie, his son Mike Clements and wife JoAnn, his son John Clements and wife Shilo, and his stepdaughter Tammy and husband Johnny Rodriguez, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Smiley’s life on Wednesday May 29,2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Meyer’s BBQ, 188 US-290, in Elgin, Texas.

In his honor, the family will be providing a traditional BBQ meal accompanied by some of Smiley’s favorite tunes.

The family requests NO flowers, suits or ties.
