Darleen Ann Gravell

Darleen Ann Gravell, of Lexington, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 8 ^th , 2021, at the age of 83 years old.

She married the love of her life, William “Walker” Gravell, on June 29 ^th , 1956, and enjoyed the last 65 years raising her family, spoiling her grandchildren and great- grandchildren, and caring for countless animals on their family farm. She was a devoted mother, and later in life a great friend, who selflessly gave of herself to her four children, Deborah, Robin and Kent, Melissa and Tim, and Bill and Jill. She was the very best Meme to her grandchildren, Camy and Blake, Josh and Stephanie, Theran and Clay, Katie, Evan, Kennedy, Brittany, and Shelby. She was also blessed with seven great- grandchildren Ellie, Finley, Brinley, Walker, Colt, August and Jace who brought her great joy and will always know that she “loves them more”.

A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at 2:00pm at Knobbs Springs Baptist Church in McDade, Texas. We would be honored to have you join us in the celebration of her life.
