November 24, 1944 — September 30, 2020

Cecil Dow Sumner, Jr. age 75 passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Cecil was born November 24, 1944 in Austin, Texas to Cecil Dow Sumner, Sr. and Minnie Alberta (King) Sumner.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Garret Sumner.

Cecil is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Bloch and her husband, Brian; son, William “Ed” Sumner and his wife, Angela; step-children:  Rodney, Randal, Connie, and Kim; grandchildren:  R.J., Brittany, Mitchell, Amanda, Briana, Zechariah, Daniel, Elizabeth, Stephan, Benjamin, Bailey, and Emily. “A special thank you to Jerry Doyle and Gus Bali for always being there for dad.”

"The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory." Exodus 15:2
