Our beautiful Areanna Adree Cardiel was called home by our heavenly father on Saturday, May 11, 2019.
Areanna was born on May 7, 1997 to Bartolo Cardiel and Debbie Moya. Areanna was a beautiful person inside and out. She was so full of life always smiling, happy and outgoing with a positive attitude. Areanna love making people laugh, she brought many smiles to everyone she crossed paths with. She loved her mom and dad very much, she was her mom’s helping hand and loved spending quality time with her, and they had a special bond. Areanna was her dads baby girl, and only girl, she was truly a daddy’s girl. She spent a lot of time with her niece and nephews, they were her pride and joy. She enjoyed getting together with her family. Areanna made the best of every occasion, there was never a dull moment. She also loved hanging out with her friends and they would all say she was the life of the party. Areanna will truly be missed by everyone she knew.
She preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe Diaz Sr., Anastasio Cardiel and Soledad Cardiel.
Areanna is survived by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Bartolo Cardiel, and Mr. & Mrs. Santiago Moya, grandmother Pauline Diaz, sister Candice Diaz, brothers Jordan Diaz, Estevan Cardiel, and Jonathan Cardiel, stepsister Victoria. She is also survived by her nephews Jayven Diaz, Xayvien Aguayo, Kashton Diaz, Houston Cardiel and Milliano Cardiel and niece Jeniah Diaz and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and endless counts of friends.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
