David "Buck" Sedberry

David "Buck" Sedberry age 69 of Elgin passed away peacefully, May 07, 2017, surrounded by loved ones.

David was born in Georgetown, TX on March 26, 1948 to Clarence & Marguerite Sedberry.  He was employed by Hicks Trucking for more than 30 years. When he wasn't driving trucks he could be found in the country running dogs, hunting or fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Sedberry Jr.

He is survived by his mother, Marguerite Sedberry; his loving wife of 50 years, Alice Norwood Sedberry; one sister, Barbara Sedberry Moreno and husband Danny; two daughters: Sherry Sedberry (Rudy Galindo) and Amy Roth and husband, Rodney; two sons, Michael and Payton Sedberry; grandchildren: Kristel Sanchez, Mandy Maxwell, Trey Sedberry, Maegan & Lane Glud and Kayleigh Roth; great-grandchildren: Keaton, Karsyn and Kori Maxwell and numerous nieces and nephews.

David requested that no services be held.

Memorial contributions can be made in his honor at the First State Bank of Elgin or to a cancer society of your choice.
