Albert Douglas Watson

Albert Douglas Watson, age 20 passed away the morning of Wednesday July 8th, 2020. He was born on August 9th, 1999. Albert is the son of Robert and Sylvia Watson and the brother of Rosyna Watson. He attended Elgin High School and graduated in 2017. He was working at Casa Garcia’s in Manor, Tx. In Albert’s life, he touched and impacted everyone he came in contact with. His energy and joyful smile would brighten the room and people in it. Albert was a very caring and giving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. He was always willing to help anyone in any situation. He could make anyone happy whether by cracking a joke or simply giving a compliment. Albert had a big heart and anyone could see it through everything he did.

Albert’s favorite things to do were to work-out and party with family and friends. He loved helping his dad with barbeque cook-offs and anything that needed to be done. He was his mother’s right-hand. Albert’s number one priority was taking care of and loving his sister who was also his best friend. Albert and Rosyna were inseparable and loved each other very much.

He is survived by parents Robert and Sylvia Watson, sister Rosyna Watson, grandmother Dottie Chapa, grandparents Silverio and Aleyda Martinez. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved him very much. He was predeceased by Cristino and Ofelia Gonzalez (grandparents), Douglas and Minerva Watson (grandparents), Charlie Chapa (grandfather).

A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday, July 12, 2020, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home With the Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Mass Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Monday, July 13,2020 Sacred Heart Catholic Church
