Ruby Ann Skubiata

Ruby Ann Heinzke Skubiata, 83, of McDade passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon on December 25, 2016.

She was born November 27, 1932 in Coupland, Texas to Willie Heinzke and Freda Schaarschmidt Heinzke Barrington. On July 28, 1951 she married Antonio “Tony” Skubiata. They made their home in McDade, Texas. Ruby was a housewife and homemaker and after her children were grown she went to work at the Elgin Butler Brickyard where she worked for 15 years.

Ruby is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Antonio Skubiata.

She is survived by her four son; Wayne Skubiata and wife Melba, Tony Skubiata, Michael Skubiata and Carey Skubiata and grandchildren; Amy Skubiata, Kayla Skubiata and Zach Skubiata all of McDade.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 27, 2016 Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 28, 2016 McDade Cemetery.
