Kathy was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Taylor, Texas. Kathy was known to many as nail technician, business owner, and then in later years as their mail carrier. Kathy enjoyed travel, hunting and fishing. Her greatest joy was spending time with
her grandchildren. An avid gardener, she planted a huge garden each year then would put up, share, and cook the fruits of her labor. An excellent cook, Kathy loved to feed others especially her family! She enjoyed participating in the local BBQ cookoff's where she often placed. In her early years, she promoted various artisans through art shows, where she also displayed her skill with metal works.
