Manuel V. Reyes Sr.

Manuel V. Reyes (79) of Manor, TX passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 18, 2016.

He was a lifelong member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and a big part of the Building of the church hall, the rectory and the cross that still stands today.

He is preceded in death by his oldest son Ruben Sr. with Brenda and LeeAnn.

Survived by his loving wife of 61 years Beatrice Reyes of Manor and sons; Manuel Jr., Edward, George, Jimmy (Diana), Leonard, Alex (Raquel), Patrick (Lisa), and only daughter Loretta Calderon with son-in-law Alex. Also survived by his brothers, Ralph Reyes Sr., David Reyes, and sister Tony Velasco with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary being held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Celebration of Mass Christian burial will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 23, 2016 St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Manor, TX. Interment to follow Manor Cemetery.
