A viewing will be held 12:00-8:00 PM Friday, June 3, 2016, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. A Celebration of Ruthie's Life will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, June 4, 2016, Mt Carmel Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest in the Elgin Latin Cemetery
