Eleanor Tovar

Eleanor Tovar, 82 years of age was called home to her heavenly father March 15, 2016.

Eleanor was born October 7, 1933 to Jose and Ricarda Tovar in Waco Texas. She enjoyed spending time with her husband Genaro Tovar no matter how limited that time may have been.

She was preceded by Genaro Tovar her husband of 66 years of marriage.

She is survived by her daughter Rosemary Tovar Hernandez, son Genaro Tovar; daughter in-law Lucy Tovar, daughter Margarita "Maggie" Tovar, son Joe Tovar, son Michael Tovar, daughter Mary, daughter Linda Tovar and son Nicholas Tovar. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

The visitation will begin at 6:00 PM Thursday March 17, 2016, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM
Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Friday March 18, 2016, Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by a reception at the Parish Hall located at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
