Erma B. Mcbride

Erma B. McBride age 63, of Elgin passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015

Erma McBride was born in Austin, Texas to Willie Miller Jr. and Bernice Miller. She attended Austin High School and Durham Business School. She worked for AISD for many years.

Erma was preceded in death by her father Willie Miller, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory husband Henry Louis McBride Sr,, daughter, Theresa McBride, son Henry Louis McBride Jr., and daughter in- law Bernadette McBride, Stella Guyton sister in-law, her mother Bernice Miller, her sisters Margaret Linnen (Deacon J Linnen) Damita Miller-Shanklin (Harry Shanklin), nephew, Damon Miller, her Aunt and namesake Erma Birdell Williams. Her nephews DeAndre and Dorian Miller and her niece Tia Miller. Grand children Trey McBride, Jarrell McBride, Jayden McBride, Michelle Williams, Heather Vogler, and Cierra Vogler. She also leaves to cherish her memory a lifelong friend Ms. Jackie Brown

A Celebration of Erma’s Life will be held 11:00A.M. Saturday, January 31, 2015, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in the Young's Prairie Cemetery.
