Frances K. Traylor

Frances was born in Harlan, Kentucky on January 31,1953 to Moran and Thelma Wynn King who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her ex-husband William Restine Traylor.

Fran was employed with the IRS for 29 years. She was currently employed with Sprint as a Relay Agent for the last 20 years. Fran served in the United States Army and received the National Defense Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Expert Badge with M-15 Rifle Bar and Rifle M-16 Marksmanship Qualification Badge

Fran loved to read, shop and play games on Facebook. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved and adored her dog Pearly. Her greatest joy in life were her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a son; William Traylor and daughter-in-law Monica, two grandchildren Junior and Meadow. A sister, two brothers, nieces and nephews all from Kentucky,
