Victor Orona Trevino

Victor Orona Trevino, 66, was called by our heavenly Father on July 18, 2013. He was born to Angelo and Lucy Trevino on March 23, 1947. He had 6 brothers, Angelo, Frank, Robert, Joe, Jesse and Richard; 4 sisters, Janie Mendez, Tomasa Lafuente, Beatrice Rivera and Mary Neel. He is survived by his lovely wife of 48 years, Mary Louise Trevino. He is preceeded in death by his son Jaime Trevino. Victor is survived by his 3 sons, Adolph, Victor, and his wife Patricia, Albert, and his wife, Christina. His grandchildren, Corina Trevino, Mary E. Trevino-Cruz, her husband, Johnny Cruz, Roxanne L. Hernandez, her husband Toni Hernandez, Victor III Trevino, Jessica Renee Trevino, Naomi Trevino, Angelic Trevino, Filiberto Trevino, Albert Andy Trevino, Jr., Arlene L. Trevino, and Jasmine Joy Trevino. His Great Grandchildren are, Jonathan Cruz, Santiago Cruz, Isabella Cruz, Kamila Cruz, Jordynn Trevino, Josiah Hernandez, Nathaneal Xzavior Hernandez, Chloe Ann Marie Sandford, and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Victor was a carpenter by trade and served as an Usher in his Church. He was a servant of The Lord and loved sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. He enjoyed playing his keyboard, singing and listening to his oldies. He was very well known and loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Although the pain is real and deep we are comforted to know that he is present with The Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8

A visitation will be held Saturday, July 20, 2013, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services will be held 10:00 AM, Sunday, July 21, 2013, Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery, Elgin Texas.
