Joe Morgan Norman

Joe Morgan Norman, 77, retired Insurance Adjuster, of Lexington, Texas, went to be with His Lord and Savior on Tuesday July 2, 2013.

Joe was born September 28, 1935 to Joseph and Edith Norman in Childress, Texas.

He was a loyal husband and wonderful father who devoted all of his time to his Kids, Grandkids and Great Grandkids. Joe enjoyed being around family, friends, cooking, sports and serving The Lord. He was a past Elder for Adina Christian Church and Elgin Christian Church.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Peggy, children; Joe Jim, Steve and wife, Melanie, Toni and her husband Earl. Grandkids; Heather, Nicole, Amy, Amber, Kimberly, Stevie, and Shelby. Great Grandkids; Lauren, Paige, Dylan, Hanna, Aubree, Macey, Kinsley and Brayden. Siblings; Lola Pond, Helen Hassell, Jerry and Sue Norman, and sister-in-law Emma James.

Special thanks to Odyssey Hospice of Austin, First Christian Church of Elgin and Adina Christian Church of Lexington.

A Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home Chapel with Services to follow at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Adina Cemetery in Lexington.
