Peter was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. He used to joke that he had to be baptized twice in the Frio River because it didn't take the first time. He served in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. He graduated from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Tx. and was a teacher for 25 years bringing his love of History and Geography to his students. He will be missed by his family and friends. He brought laughter into our lives with his jokes.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 6-8 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 3 PM at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home.
