B.B. Bentley, 70, of Lexington, Tx went to be with our Lord Friday, March 11, 2011 in Round Rock, Tx.

Visitation will be held on Sunday March 13, 2011 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home at 604 Hwy 95 North, Elgin, Tx.


Celebration of Life services will be Monday, March 14, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Yegua Creek Evangelical Church at 1200 CR 466, Elgin, Tx with Mark Nygard officiating.


B.B. was born in Lubbock, Tx on June 7, 1940 and graduated high school from Monterrey High School, Lubbock , Tx. B.B. is preceded in death by his parents James Henry “PeeWee” and Katherine Lavelle Bentley of Lubbock, Tx.


B.B. is survived by his wife Glenda M. Morgan Bentley, children Suzette Holler and husband Dale, Bret Bentley and wife Terri, Sabrina Benkendorfer and husband Curtis, Justin Bentley and wife Kim, Jason Bentley. Grandchildren, Crystal Bentley, Angela Bates, Chantill Holder, Amber Holler, Mylinda Bentley, Madeline and Matthew Bentley, Braeden and Chloe Benkendorfer, Nate Bentley. Great-grandchildren, Shanon Bentley, Brittnee Crow, Brayden Metcalf, Brody Bates.

Pallbearers are Bret B. Bentley, Justin W. and Jason L. Bentley, Curtis Benkendorfer, Dale Holler and Scott Rother. Honorary Pallbearer, Colt Nygard.

Memorials may be given to Yegua Creek Evangelical Free Church or Lighthouse Hospice, Round Rock, Tx. The family of B.B. Bentley wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr.’s of Seton Hospital, nurses, and Lighthouse Hospice.
